We are back in the studio after a weekend trip out to the NYC Marathon. We went to cheer on our teammate Hellen Obiri and meet some of our fans, and boy did we have a good time on both accounts.
On top of the weekend recap, we spend time unpacking the reactions and our thoughts on episode 100, Olli giving an update on an unfortunate recent niggle and we catch up our good friends at the Bowerman Track Club.
