had my first run after the marathon today. ran in the Mach 5 for the first time and felt pretty good.
just as a heads up, this will be the last livestream in a while. I've got some family summer stuff and then a lot of travel with ASICS. I'll be posting my schedule and Kofuzi run club meetups on YouTube, instagram, twitter, and strava. hope we can meet in person soon!
