Matt Fox is the man behind the popular YouTube Channel 'Sweat Elite'. He's also a 2.20 Marathon runner on the hunt to break 2.20 for the first time. He started his running career as a middle-distance man and ended up running 1.48 for 800m.  After a break from competitive running he made a return to the sport six years ago - as a Marathon runner. He's since run 9 Marathons and has no plans to stop just yet. Matt is a wealth of knowledge on the sport of distance running and this was a great conversation.
