In this episode, I'm joined by Australian Marathon great Steve Moneghetti. 

Mona is a 4-Time Olympian, winner of the Berlin Marathon, 4-Time Commonwealth Games Medallist amongst a whole lot of other incredible running achievements. To get a better idea of all the honours he's achieved with his running, set an hour out of your day, jump onto Google and have a read through them there - they just keep going!

In this conversation, I wanted to chat with Mona about training, mindset, recovery, strength and conditioning, and a whole lot more. We cover each of those topics and take a few rabbit holes as well. Later in the conversation, Mona goes to his closet and comes back to the camera with his training diaries, and walks us through the lead-up to a number of his biggest races.
