Mike and Lindsey catch up with Emma Grace Hurley fresh off World XC championships where Emma Grace place 35th and team USA finished 4th. This was her first time representing Team USA and she shares all about that experience!

Emma Grace recently moved to Indianapolis to follow her coaches Andrew and Amy Begley where she runs with the Heartland Track Club. She recently signed with Asics.
