Back for her fourth appearance on the podcast is Elise Cranny! Every episode I've done with Elise has gotten a big reception and I'm always personally impacted by her so I thought I'd get her back on.

In this episode Elise and I discuss subjects such as confidence, pressure, having fun with the sport, mental health, journaling, the importance of having a strong support system, and lots more! Elise drops so many nuggets of wisdom in this one.

Every episode I do with Elise I'm blown away by the amount of wisdom she brings. When people who have recently discovered the podcast ask me what episode they should listen to first, I always reply, "Any of the ones with Elise!". She is truly an amazing person who does so much good for so many people's lives.

Lastly, Elise is currently on a mission to raise $10k before May 27 for a non-profit organization called, "The Hidden Opponent". This organization is a group fighting to raise awareness around student-athlete mental health. If you're financially capable, please consider donating! You can find the link to the GoFundMe in both Elise's and my Instagram bios.

Please like, subscribe, and share with your friends to help us out! You can also give us a five-star review on Spotify. The link to the show is in my bio (:
