Veteran ultrarunner, Monica Moore, joins The Nation with her coach, Seth Kotelnicki to explain how she trained for the recent Pine to Palm 100 in an nontraditional way.  Seth Kotelnicki is the owner of The Ranch Athletics.  His training method develops mental and physical endurance by concentrating on:

    1. Perfect efficient running form (i.e. The Pose Method)
    2. Strong core and intense, regular power lifting
    3. Regular moderate-length training runs
