In this weeks show we speak with one of the leading lights from Team Ireland from last weeks European Off Road Running Championships, ie The European Mountain Running Championships; Sinéad Farrell is here to tell us about her 34th place in the 13km Up and Down, Ireland´s highest senior individual place across the weekend along with SarahMcCormack who also came 34th in the Uphill Only race in her 22nd Championship appearance for Ireland.
We also have René Borg with us from Running Coach Ireland to tell us about his new hybrid endurance sport and a good option for cross training, SwimRun.
