The 5th Annual Run, Walk & Roll 5K for CACNA1A is a virtual event that helps raise worldwide awareness and funds to support much-needed research on CACNA1A-related disorders. Individuals and families are affected by challenging symptoms related to CACNA1A every day, including uncontrolled seizures, hemiplegic migraines, cerebellar atrophy and more. There are very limited treatments and no cure. The clock is ticking.

Funds raised from the 2025 5K will directly support the CACNA1A Foundation’s mission to accelerate research in order to find new targeted treatment options and one day, a CURE for CACNA1A-related disorders.
