The New Balance SC Pacer v2 and New Balance SC Elite v4 both received big updates in 2024, which increased stack heights and an all-new PEBA midsole. The Pacer is the lighter shoe aimed more at short distance events, while the Elite steers more towards the marathon, but both shoes are fast over any distance.
