You got 2 options when you're in the middle of a hard race. Stop or keep pushing, and it's the latter that will make you tough and help you grow (most of the time lol). I am excited to take the next 6 weeks to recover from the Half, the Sickness and train HARD. Switching up the training situation and looking to build confidence going into my next race.
