Recovery run with me in the Clifton 10. Yo, I am deep into marathon training. Weekly mileage is high. The workouts are long. And my body is taking a beating. I’ve been reaching for the Clifton 10 for easy and recovery runs. Its wide base and moderate firmness provides for a stable-for-me foundation when I’m fatigued. But this is a departure from what the Clifton 9 presented. That shoe was pleasantly bouncy and had a bit of pace versatility to it. The Clifton 10 brings the shoe back to what I remember of older Cliftons. Wide, stable, and rolls well. Frankly, I think it’s a bit boring for a daily trainer in 2025, but that may just be my jaded perspective as a reviewer who sees dozens of shoes per year. if you’ve been a longtime fan of the Clifton, you will likely be happy that Hoka didn’t mess with a good thing. . Disclosures: I bought these shoes myself. No one sent them to me. No one paid to have their brand depicted in this video. No one previewed this before it published. No brands are tagged.
