The Puma Fast-RB Nitro Elite LD is a new version of Puma’s rule-breaking race shoe that now has laces, compared to the laceless design of the original Fast-RB. It has a monstrous stack height of 58mm at the heel and 46mm at the forefoot, and three carbon plates in the midsole. Does that all add up to a very fast shoe, or just a very heavy one?
