Charles has had a strong build towards competing in his primary event, the 1500m. Having run strong 5,000m and 10,000m races in the last several weeks, he is beginning preparation for a return to Eugene for the World Championships this summer where he is considering running both the 1500m and the 5000m. Joining Charles on the track for a different workout is Olympian Luc Bruchet. The two are frequent training partners despite differences in event specialization.
