Join us for the second part of the story.... Renato's special blocks are well known for being tough. 44km of volume; all between 2:55/km and 3:05/km, this one sure as hell was. This video covers the evening session, a 10km in 31min, followed by a brutal track workout: 10x 1000m at 2:50/km. Today's session is primarily for Erik Kiptanui Training for Boston Marathon Renato has chosen courses with slight uphill and downhill sections. This is to prepare for the slightly hillier course at Boston Erik is running 10x 1200m in the second part of this morning's session, while the rest of the group runs 10x 1000m. Both groups at the same pace.
