French super talent Mekdes Woldu is looking to improve upon her 10km best (31:47) and Half Marathon best (70:50) in the coming months and is currently training at high altitude in Kenya. Join Mekdes for a 10km/Half Marathon specific workout along Moiben road, a short drive from Iten, Kenya where she is based at the moment.
