After a brief hiatus 2025 OG FTK cast-member Jack Rayner is back in the (Brunswick) studio to record our 143rd episode with Joel & Tess.
TRAINING WEEKS
Jack brings the listeners up to date with his hefty cross training schedule, including his alter-g escapades while Tess clocks her last big week of work before the taper into Ballarat Half Marathon. Unfortunately for Joel he battles fatigue through the week and ends up with a boo-boo in his foot (pending scan results).
