On today’s Bonus Episode, we have Lindsay Flanagan, who ran a marathon PB of 2:23:31 to finish as second American and ninth overall at the 2024 Chicago Marathon. We talked about how Chicago is a homecoming for her, the prototype shoes she ran in, her race/pacing plan, her nutrition, and how (even though she ran a PB) she really should have run 1 second faster.
