    A day after earning a silver medal in the heptathlon at the 2023 World Athletics Championships, Chris Chavez had the pleasure of speaking with Anna Hall and Jackie Joyner-Kersee (the world record holder in the heptathlon and two-time Olympic gold medalist in the multis).


    Hall became just the second American woman to win two World Championship medals in the heptathlon. Jackie Joyner-Kersee won gold in 1987 and 1993. Joyner-Kersee’s heptathlon world record total of 7,291 still stands but Hall could be the one to break it in the years to come. Thanks to Adidas for the opportunity to bring these two greats together!
