Athletes Mentioned
You ask, we deliver. Sam Parsons is back on the podcast.
Professional runner for Tinman Elite, Adidas, and Germany. Sam holds PRs of 3:36.22 (1500m), 3:55.81 (Mile), 7:44.43 (3k), 13:12.78 (5k), and was a World Championships finalist in the 5k last year. He is also the Creative Director for his team, Tinman Elite, and probably your favorite follow on Strava currently.
Sam is competing in the 2023 World Championships this upcoming week in Budapest, representing Germany.
In today's episode, Sam recaps a wild past six months and all that has happened. While many professional runners only share the highlight reel of their career, Sam is one of the few who is willing to dive deep into the dark side of the sport. Today's conversation was extremely enlightening through Sam sharing his journey over the past few months. We also dive into his famous "bee-sting workout" and if he'll return for Payday at 5th Ave.
Needless to say, you will not want to miss this one. It is a banger.
